Winifred Falls are situated in the Royal National Park just 2 hours drive from Sydney and are created by a large seven-metre-high rockshelf that the South West Arm Creek spills over and into the large pool at its base.
There’s a 4km, one way, walk to get to the falls but don’t let that deter you, as it’s well worth the effort and your reward is a dip in the lush, cool waters at the base of the falls.
